RAIN Estate Management Service contract

The RAIN E.M.S. operates for minimum 12 months contract and is available purchase price inclusive for the first year for RAIN homebuyers*.

If you are not a RAIN homeowner and you would like to engage our services, please feel free to contact us directly. Our Services include:

1. Property manager: The role of the property manager is to oversee the entire management of the house. He is your point of contact for all your residential requirements in Goa. The estate manager will coordinate and manage the secondary staff and make sure your house is full operational all year round.
2. Housekeeping: The role of the housekeeping staff is to make sure the house is cleaned everyday, the beds are made, the laundry is done in-house and other related ancillary services. He will report directly to the property manager.
3. Cook: On call
4. Electrician: On call
5. Plumber: On call
6. Gardener: On call
7. Pool maintenance: Monthly contract available, however we are happy to train the in-house staff to maintain the pool by themselves.
8. Security: 8 or 12 hour shift
9. Car with chauffeur*: As per actuals
