Hi, my name is Rishad D’Cruz and I am the co-founder of Rain Developers Goa. Together with my partner Gurfateh we seek to develop bespoke, one-of-a-kind homes in Goa.
I prefer not to think of myself as a developer. In fact, I’m far from that. Neither do I have the will nor the inclination to become one. What I am, is the son of a pianist. A man who found my calling in the same place that I grew up. In restoring Goa to what it was. One home at a time. Growing up in Moira, being brought up by my beautiful mother I was blessed to witness a bygone era. A time where we lived large exuberant lives. The homes that I restore are gentle reminders, small time capsules that send you back to those good old days.
I take immense pride in my work and my team of local carpenters, stone masons, architects and engineers. Together with my partner Gurfateh, we restore these gentle giants to their former glory and give you a glimpse of what it feels like to truly live life king size.
